Shopping online is fun. Do it in your PJs, do it on the commute to work, and do it when you’re drunk (it’s like a present to your sober self in a couple of days time).
Shopping offline is not fun; you have to wear actual clothes. And deal with people inyourface. And queue for things. And – in general — drunk shopping on the high street is disapproved of.
So if you, like me, prefer to shop from the comfort of your sofa, you may enjoy this series of posts highlighting some of our favourite shops.
This week, we’re fans of Fab UK. Originally named Llustre, the site was bought out by the Fab brand within a couple of months. Impressive no?
Fab is a designer daily deal site similar to sites like Achica, but with an edgier feel. They often feature new and growing independent clothes and home designers (they’ve even stocked bikes in the past) along with some more recognisable niche brands.
Below are a few of our favourite finds on the site right now.
- Umbra L Conceal Shelf for £26.50
- Embrace Bench from John Green for £265
- Magnetic Woodland Wallpaper from Sian Zeng for £245
- Constellation Sketchbook from Antii Sullivan for £7.50
- S’Well Water Bottle, £20
- Cat Fire Truck from SUCK UK, £11.
It’s a great way to find new designers and say hipster things like “oh this, I found it in this little independent place” when people visit your pad.
